在流化床燃烧试验台上对桦甸油页岩干馏残渣与鸡西烟煤的混烧特性进行试验研究。重点考察了质量掺混比、二次风率对床层温度与NOX等排放浓度的影响。结果表明:随着烟煤掺混比例的增大,炉膛出口温度升高,NOX生成量逐渐减少;随二次风率的增加一次风率降低,密相区与稀相区温差增大且NOX排放浓度减少,NOX排放满足国家标准。
在流化床燃燒試驗檯上對樺甸油頁巖榦餾殘渣與鷄西煙煤的混燒特性進行試驗研究。重點攷察瞭質量摻混比、二次風率對床層溫度與NOX等排放濃度的影響。結果錶明:隨著煙煤摻混比例的增大,爐膛齣口溫度升高,NOX生成量逐漸減少;隨二次風率的增加一次風率降低,密相區與稀相區溫差增大且NOX排放濃度減少,NOX排放滿足國傢標準。
재류화상연소시험태상대화전유혈암간류잔사여계서연매적혼소특성진행시험연구。중점고찰료질량참혼비、이차풍솔대상층온도여NOX등배방농도적영향。결과표명:수착연매참혼비례적증대,로당출구온도승고,NOX생성량축점감소;수이차풍솔적증가일차풍솔강저,밀상구여희상구온차증대차NOX배방농도감소,NOX배방만족국가표준。
The co-combustion characteristics of retorting residue of Huadian oil shale and bituminous coal of Jixi were conducted on a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)test bench.The major effects of mass mixing ratio,secondary air fraction were studied for the bed temperature and NOx emission concentration.The results show that the furnace outlet temperature increases and the NOx emission decreases with the increase of mixing ratio of bituminous coal.In addition,with the increasing of secondary air fraction,not only the primary air fraction decreases,the temperature difference between dense phase region and dilute phase region increases,but also the NOx emission concentration has decreased enough to meet the national standard.
