在自行设计和搭建的喷动床升温输送实验台上完成了黑龙江柳树河油页岩半焦的升温输送实验,获得温度分布、压力分布、分离物料粒径分布和含碳量分析、烟气成分分布特性等特征参数。实验结果表明:对于柳树河油页岩半焦的喷动床升温输送,为了保证出口氧量控制在3%以内,出口温度在750℃以上,同时保证实验稳定运行,则入口氧量应控制在17%以内;输送段风速应控制在最大粒径颗粒终端速度1.2~2倍之间;运行过程中需严格控制喷动段底部温度在950℃以内。
在自行設計和搭建的噴動床升溫輸送實驗檯上完成瞭黑龍江柳樹河油頁巖半焦的升溫輸送實驗,穫得溫度分佈、壓力分佈、分離物料粒徑分佈和含碳量分析、煙氣成分分佈特性等特徵參數。實驗結果錶明:對于柳樹河油頁巖半焦的噴動床升溫輸送,為瞭保證齣口氧量控製在3%以內,齣口溫度在750℃以上,同時保證實驗穩定運行,則入口氧量應控製在17%以內;輸送段風速應控製在最大粒徑顆粒終耑速度1.2~2倍之間;運行過程中需嚴格控製噴動段底部溫度在950℃以內。
재자행설계화탑건적분동상승온수송실험태상완성료흑룡강류수하유혈암반초적승온수송실험,획득온도분포、압력분포、분리물료립경분포화함탄량분석、연기성분분포특성등특정삼수。실험결과표명:대우류수하유혈암반초적분동상승온수송,위료보증출구양량공제재3%이내,출구온도재750℃이상,동시보증실험은정운행,칙입구양량응공제재17%이내;수송단풍속응공제재최대립경과립종단속도1.2~2배지간;운행과정중수엄격공제분동단저부온도재950℃이내。
The spouted bed temperature rising transportation experiment of Liushuhe oil shale semi-coke is completed on the self-designed and put up spouted bed temperature rising transportation experiment Table.And some characteristic parameters,such as temperature distributing,pressure distributing,particle diameter distribution and carbon content analysis of separation materials,flue gas components distributing and so on,are obtained.The analyzed conclusions are as follows:The inlet oxygen content should be controlled within 17% for temperature rising transportation of Liushuhe oil shale semi-coke to ensure the outlet oxygen content blow 3% and keep experiment stable operation.The conveying section wind speed should be limited in 1.2~2 times the maximum particle diameter terminal velocity.It should strictly be used to control the bottom of spouting section temperature less than 950℃ in running process.
