知识密集型服务业是一个具有时代特征的概念，现在已经渗透到经济和社会的各个领域，并起着越来越重要的作用。国内外都把发展本地知识密集型服务业放在十分重要的战略地位。论文首先对知识密集型服务业的概念、特征等进行了梳理，通过详细资料调研，对常州知识密集型服务业的发展现状进行了数据分析，最后在此基础之上制订了相应的对策建议，以使常州市知识密集型服务业得到快速持续发展，希望能为后续相关研究提供借鉴，并指明了进一步的研究方向。

Knowledge-intensive business services （KIBS） is a kind of concept full of time characteristics, which nowadays has already penetrated into the economic and social fields, playing an increasingly important role. The counties home and abroad have attached great importance to local area＇s KIBS development and put it in a very significant strategic position. First of all, the concept and characteristic of KIBS are dis- cussed. Through detailed survey,data analysis is made on the development situation of Changzhou＇s KIBS, and finally corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are made based on the above to make KIBS of Changzhou city keep rapid and sustained development in hopes of providing a reference for the follow-up studies. The further research orientations are also made in this paper.
