文章首先对企业成长阶段理论进行回顾总结，对现有研究进行了比较，客观评价了其中的贡献和不足。然后介绍了企业成长影响因素的构成，并指出企业成长呈现动态的阶段性特征，影响成长的内、外部因素在不同成长阶段具有不同的影响力，为进一步研究奠定了基础。

This paper firstly makes a literature review of the theory of the development stages of enterprises with a comparative analysis of existing researches followed by an objective evaluation of their contributions as well as deficiencies. Then it presents the construction of some factors that influence the development of business enterprises, and points out that the enterprise development presents a dynamic stage characteristics, and the different effects of internal-and external-factors on each stage of enterprises devel- opment with the intention of laying a solid foundation for future studies and researches.
