高层建筑使用方便,有效解决了人口增多带来的用地压力,但其内部功能复杂、可燃物多,高层建筑火灾具有蔓延快、扑救难度大、物资疏散困难等问题,火灾主要立足于建筑物自身的消防设施进行自救。基于此,结合高层建筑消防给水系统优化设计的重要性,认真分析我国高层建筑消防给水系统设计存在的诸多问题,探讨优化消防给水系统设计的有效措施。
高層建築使用方便,有效解決瞭人口增多帶來的用地壓力,但其內部功能複雜、可燃物多,高層建築火災具有蔓延快、撲救難度大、物資疏散睏難等問題,火災主要立足于建築物自身的消防設施進行自救。基于此,結閤高層建築消防給水繫統優化設計的重要性,認真分析我國高層建築消防給水繫統設計存在的諸多問題,探討優化消防給水繫統設計的有效措施。

High building resolves the land pressure for its easy using, but its complex internal function and more combustible fuel cause high possibility of fire. Because high building fire spreads fast and is difficult to save, and material assets are not easy to evacuate, to save fire mainly depends on its own fire control facilities in the building. Based on this, this paper, combining the importance of high building fire water system design, makes a careful analysis of the problems existing in high building fire system in China, and discusses effective measures to optimize fire water system.
