结合液压产品静、动态性能测试平台现状,研究了液压试验平台CAT技术和设计方案。基于模块化设计思想设计了试验平台总体结构和CAT软件系统。创新设计了试验台架结构,采用计算机和PLC联合控制模式,具有控制精度高、可靠性好的特点。开发了界面友好、实时显示的测控软件,大大提升了试验平台的综合功能和技术集成度,为企业和高校液压CAT综合试验平台的设计开发创新了思路。
結閤液壓產品靜、動態性能測試平檯現狀,研究瞭液壓試驗平檯CAT技術和設計方案。基于模塊化設計思想設計瞭試驗平檯總體結構和CAT軟件繫統。創新設計瞭試驗檯架結構,採用計算機和PLC聯閤控製模式,具有控製精度高、可靠性好的特點。開髮瞭界麵友好、實時顯示的測控軟件,大大提升瞭試驗平檯的綜閤功能和技術集成度,為企業和高校液壓CAT綜閤試驗平檯的設計開髮創新瞭思路。

Combining the present situation of hydraulic products on static and dynamic performance test platform, this paper studies CAT technology of hydraulic test platform and design program. It designs the overall structure of the test platform and CAT software system based on modular design, and the structure of the test bench innovatively. The joint control mode with regard to computer data processing is of powerful ability and PLC high reliability. Friendly interface and real -time display control software are developed, which greatly enhances the comprehensive function and technical integration of the test platform, offering innovate design and development ideas for enterprises and universities hydraulic CAT comprehensive test platform.
