Poly-aspartic manganese( II)%Spinacia oleracea%SOD%POD%CAT%MDA
为研究聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)对植物抗旱性的影响,使用不同浓度的聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)分别对菠菜种子和幼苗进行处理。结果表明:在模拟干旱条件下,用0.1 mg/L聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)浸种,在试验浓度范围内促进菠菜发芽的效果显著。浸种及叶面喷施使菠菜叶片宽度、SOD、POD和CAT酶的活性均有增高,并且对MDA的产生有抑制作用。在试验浓度范围内12.5 mg/L浓度的聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)对菠菜叶面喷施效果显著。用聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)模拟物作为一种植物生长调节剂对菠菜浸种和叶面喷施能有效促进菠菜发芽和提高幼苗期菠菜抵抗干旱的能力。

위연구취천동안산맹(Ⅱ)대식물항한성적영향,사용불동농도적취천동안산맹(Ⅱ)분별대파채충자화유묘진행처리。결과표명:재모의간한조건하,용0.1 mg/L취천동안산맹(Ⅱ)침충,재시험농도범위내촉진파채발아적효과현저。침충급협면분시사파채협편관도、SOD、POD화CAT매적활성균유증고,병차대MDA적산생유억제작용。재시험농도범위내12.5 mg/L농도적취천동안산맹(Ⅱ)대파채협면분시효과현저。용취천동안산맹(Ⅱ)모의물작위일충식물생장조절제대파채침충화협면분시능유효촉진파채발아화제고유묘기파채저항간한적능력。
In order to know the anti- drought stressing effect of poly-aspartic manganese (II) , Poly-aspartic manganese( II ) of different densities was used on Spinacia oleracea seeds and seedlings. Under the simulated drought condition, results showed that under the presoaked condition (poly-aspartic manganese ( II) of 0. lmg/ L), the sprouting of effect of Spinacia oleracea was obvious. Presoaking activities enlarged the width of the leaves, raised the SOD, POD, CAT activities, and the generation of MDA was restrained. 12.5 mg/L was the best spraying density. Under the experiment condition, poly-aspartic manganese ( II) mimic can be used as a good plant growth regulator to presoak condition, poly-aspartic manganese ( II ) growth regulator to presoak Spinacia oleracea and to spray its leaves, and this anti-drought-stressing ability during seedling period mimic can be used as a good plant can improve seed germination and
