目前我国大量的水泥路面已经到了服务寿命,道路等级和服务水平提升得内在要求,促使＂白改黑＂成为旧水泥路面改造、升级最广泛采用的技术.结合实际高速公路养护工程,采用疲劳和温度应力强度为判据指标,预估旧水泥路面剩余寿命,结合专家评分方法和经济效益分析,提出旧水泥路面白改黑决策机制;并采用PCI,RSI及PSSI路用性能指标衰变模型,分析了白改黑后复合路面路用性能衰变规律,结合高速公路服务水平实际需求,提出复合路面预防性、中修、大修养护决策机制和标准,科学制定了复合路面中长期的养护规划方案,并对养护规范方案实施效果进行了预估分析.

A large number of cement concrete pavements have come to the end of service life.A technology,＂white to black＂,was widely applied to improve the service level and performance for the reconstruction of cement concrete pavement.The stress strength of fatigue and temperature has been determined as criteria to estimate remained life of cement pavement in this research.With scoring method and economic analysis of experts,a decision mechanism has been made for the ＂white to black＂ of cement concrete pavement.Then,the regression performance analysis has been conducted with PCI,RSI and the PSSI.Based on the analysis results,a new decision mechanism and standard have been developed for preventive maintenance,overlay and reconstruction of composite pavement.A medium and long term maintenance plan has been made.The performance of the composite pavement has been predicted for the whole service life.
