It＇s an undisputable fact that the vast majority are girls in women＇s colleges,so we need to know how to cultivate and educate boys effectively.Actually,we must explore the way of improving the comprehensive qualities of male students,through ideological and political education,professional theoretical study,social practical activity and the construction of campus culture and other channels,cultivating high-quality students in all.Among women＇s colleges,we should cultivate the male students＇ ability to adapt new environment and build a harmonious interpersonal relationship.Importantly,we should encourage them to challenge themselves and take up the heavy responsibility and mission,which the social,family gives to them.
