调查发现,赴新疆实习支教学生的社会适应性总体水平中等偏上,人际交往水平偏低;从性别上看,女生的自我调节和学习管理能力显著高于男生;从年级上看,大四学生的社会适应性及就业准备能力显著高于大三学生;从专业类别上看,文科学生的自我调节水平能力显著高于理科学生。

This study conducts a survey on the social adaptabilities of the 4th and 5th groups of student teachers in Yancheng Teachers University＇ s Xinjiang teaching practice ＆ education-aid program through College Student Social Adaptability Questionnaire. The results show that ：（ 1 ） the general level of social adaptability is above average and the interpersonal communication level is below average; （2） female students have significantly higher self adjustment and learning management abilities than males; （3） grade 4 students have significantly higher social adaptabilities and learning management abilities than grade 3 students; （4） students who major in arts have higher self adjustment abilities than those who major in science. Based on the analysis of the causes, the authors put forward some related suggestions from the aspects of social support and educational countermeasures.
