System simulation is proved to be an effective method for the developing of new products and the saving of design cost. The AMEsim software is preferred for system simulation especially in multidisciplinary field of complex system. This paper built up the hydraulic components model based on AMEsim software to provide the performance curve which can meet the requirements of manufacturers to and lay the foundation for system analysis.
