通过测定不同碱剂的缓冲容量,筛选并制备染色代用碱JT,并将其用于棉织物活性染料固色中。研究染浴中代用碱JT的组分对染色效果的影响,确定代用碱JT的组分为碳酸钾35%、硅酸钠50%、氢氧化钾10%和三乙醇胺5%。研究结果表明:代用碱替代纯碱用于活性染料固色,操作简单,染液pH值变化较小,且可提高染色牢度,节约用水,节约染色时间,降低综合成本。
通過測定不同堿劑的緩遲容量,篩選併製備染色代用堿JT,併將其用于棉織物活性染料固色中。研究染浴中代用堿JT的組分對染色效果的影響,確定代用堿JT的組分為碳痠鉀35%、硅痠鈉50%、氫氧化鉀10%和三乙醇胺5%。研究結果錶明:代用堿替代純堿用于活性染料固色,操作簡單,染液pH值變化較小,且可提高染色牢度,節約用水,節約染色時間,降低綜閤成本。
통과측정불동감제적완충용량,사선병제비염색대용감JT,병장기용우면직물활성염료고색중。연구염욕중대용감JT적조분대염색효과적영향,학정대용감JT적조분위탄산갑35%、규산납50%、경양화갑10%화삼을순알5%。연구결과표명:대용감체대순감용우활성염료고색,조작간단,염액pH치변화교소,차가제고염색뇌도,절약용수,절약염색시간,강저종합성본。
By measuring the buffering capacity of different alkali solutions,alternative alkali is selected and prepared,and is applied to reactive dyeing of cotton fabric.On the impact of alternative alkali JT component in the dye bath for dyeing effect,we concluded that alternative alkali JT was constituted of 35% potassium carbonate,50% sodium silicate,10% potassium hydroxide and 5% triethanolamine.The results showed that the cost of water and dyeing time were reduced.And the dyeings feature higher color fastness.
