利用SolidWorks对80 MN速锻造液压机工作缸和机身结构进行了三维实体建模,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行了静力分析,计算出了其不同工况下的位移和应力分布云图,分析总结了机身结构设计的力学特点,为其结构的进一步优化设计提供了依据。
利用SolidWorks對80 MN速鍛造液壓機工作缸和機身結構進行瞭三維實體建模,併運用有限元分析軟件ANSYS Workbench對其進行瞭靜力分析,計算齣瞭其不同工況下的位移和應力分佈雲圖,分析總結瞭機身結構設計的力學特點,為其結構的進一步優化設計提供瞭依據。

Cylinder and frame of a 80MN forging hydraulic press solid model was built by means of 3 dimension soft-ware Solidworks,and it's static mechanical analysis of finite element model was proposed based on the finite element soft-ware ANSYSworkbench,the forging of stress and displacement under different working conditions were got.then the static properties of the press frame have been summarized,which provide a basis for fatigue analysis and optimization design of the hydraulic press.
