地铁车站是地铁工程建设的主要组成部分，其投资所占比例较大，为合理控制其造价，对几个城市的十几个地铁车站（高架车站和地下车站）土建工程造价的组成和各分部工程造价指标进行比较与分析，找出影响车站投资的关键因素，针对关键因素提出控制高架车站和地下车站土建工程造价的主要思路和可采取的措施，以便施工单位合理优选施工方案、工艺和工法，从而达到合理控制造价的目的。

The subway station is the main part of subway construction, its investment has large proportion. To reasouablely control the cost, the constitute of civil engineering cost and cost index of each subproject in several subway stations （an elevated station and the underground station） in several city are compared and analyzed. The he key factors affecting station investment is found out. The main thinking and measures of controling the cost of elevated station and the underground station civil engineering are presentd so that the construction units can reasonablely select the construction scheme, process and method to achieve the purpose of reasonable control cost.
