The paper reviews the development history of pulping and making paper with bamboos,and analyzes the basic market prospects and development trend of pulp and paper with bamboo. On the basis of development efficiency analysis of bamboo paper integration industry,the conclusion of bamboo paper integration industry being of remarkable economic benefits and social benefits were summarized. By the analysis of the main problems with the fast-growing pulp wood industry and bamboo pulp＆paper mill facing with in the process of the industries development, combining with the development experience of papermaking industry at home and abroad, the guidelin and countermeasures of the Bamboo forestry-pulp-paper integration industry in Guangxi Province were proposed.
