Spinal stability can be evaluated through the range of 3-dimension movement, the experiment loading of spine 3-dimension movement is the base of measuring the range of the spine 3-dimension movement in similar physiological environment. It summaries the current situation of researching on spinal 3-dimension movement experiments from two aspects, one is the spinal 3-dimension movement loading demands, and the other is the design of loading devices. Moreover, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of those loading technology, to provide some references for the research of spine 3-dimension movement loading technology in the future.
