普通常压精馏和恒沸精馏均为化工专业学生重点开设的实验。但学生通常难于理解实验过程中的组成变化,很容易将它们混为一谈。该文利用相图对普通精馏过程和恒沸精馏过程的组成变化进行了详细的阐述和说明,并对两实验进行了区别和比较。通过对相图的认识,能清楚地知道实验过程中塔顶和塔釜的组成变化,使实验操作做到有的放矢。

Both ordinary distillation and azeotropic distillation are important experiments set for chemical engineering specialty. It is difficult for students to comprehend the composition change during the experimental process. Furthermore, the conception is easily mixed up by them. In this article, phase diagram is used to differentiate and compare the two types of experiments. Composition change of the experimental process was expatiated and explained in the phase diagram. By the understanding of phase diagram, it is clear for the students to know the composition change in tower top or tower kettle, so as to act with a well-defined objective in mind for them in the experimental process. The current work would have directive significance for the relative experimental process.
