在肯定陶瓷工匠历史价值和贡献的基础上，从三个方面分析，在传统社会中制约工匠艺术创造力的深层次原因和背景；进而指出在当代要想成为一名真正的陶艺家，将面临着传统和现实诸多因素的挑战，成“家”还是成“匠”关键在于创作者的心境和创新追求。

On the basis of approval of ceramic craftsmen＇s historical value and contribution, this paper analyzes the deep reason and background that restrict craftsmen＇s art creativity in traditional society from threeaspects, and then points out that in the contemporary era, if a person wants to be a real ceramic artist, he will face various challenges related to factors of tradition and reality. To be an artist or a craftsman depends on the mood and innovative pursuit of the creator.
