通过动态热老化实验、静态热老化实验、转矩流变实验及刚果红实验对HWG系列有机热稳定剂与国内外同等牌号的稳定剂进行了研究,发现HWG系列有机热稳定剂具有优良的热稳定性能及加工流变性能,能满足聚氯乙烯(PVC)各类软硬制品的加工要求。
通過動態熱老化實驗、靜態熱老化實驗、轉矩流變實驗及剛果紅實驗對HWG繫列有機熱穩定劑與國內外同等牌號的穩定劑進行瞭研究,髮現HWG繫列有機熱穩定劑具有優良的熱穩定性能及加工流變性能,能滿足聚氯乙烯(PVC)各類軟硬製品的加工要求。
통과동태열노화실험、정태열노화실험、전구류변실험급강과홍실험대HWG계렬유궤열은정제여국내외동등패호적은정제진행료연구,발현HWG계렬유궤열은정제구유우량적열은정성능급가공류변성능,능만족취록을희(PVC)각류연경제품적가공요구。
In this paper, thermal stability of 5 kinds of HWG organic composite stabilizers were evaluated with the similar products in home and abroad by dynamic ageing tests, static ageing test, rheology and Congo red tests. The results showed that HWG organic heat stabilizers provide much more excellent thermal stability and rheological properties, they could meet the needs to process all kinds of rigid and soft PVC products.
