Based on the college students＇employment, this paper discusses the school - enterprise cooperation mechanism problems, including decision - making mechanism, dynamic mechanism, guarantee mechanism, evaluation mechanism, cooperation mechanism. By deepening the cooperation between college and enterprise, improving the quality of personnel training, promoting the university students＇innovative undertaking and employment, we can finally realize win-win cooperation
