依据GB/T6529-2008和GB/T18830-2009,采用HB902型紫外线测试仪,对竹浆/棉针织面料的防紫外线性能进行了测试,研究了混纺比对竹浆/棉针织物防紫外线性能的影响。结果表明,全竹浆针织物在波长280-305mm之间,防紫外线性能优于全棉针织物;波长在330-400nnl之间,全竹浆针织物防紫外线性能差于全棉针织物:竹浆/棉混纺针织物防紫外线性能明显优于全棉或全竹针织物的防紫外线性能,并随着竹浆/棉混纺纱线中竹浆纤维含量的增加防紫外线性能越好,在混纺针织物中竹浆纤维含量在3.44%-98.12%之间时,织物符合防紫外线纺织品的要求。

The anti-ultraviolet property of bamboo/cotton knitted fabric was measured by HB902 anti-ultraviolet tester according to GB/T6529-2008 and GB/T18830-2009. The influence of blending ratio on anti-ultraviolet property of bamboo/cotton knitted fabric was investigated. The results showed that UV resistance performance of bamboo knitted fabric was superior to cotton knitted fabric within wavelength range of 280-305 nm and inferior to cotton knitted fabric within wavelength range of 330-400 nm. The ul- traviolet protective property of bamboo/cotton blending fabrics was obviously superior to the pure bamboo or pure cotton knitted fab- ric. As the bamboo content of bamboo/cotton blended fabric increasing, the UV protective property got better. The blending fabric could meet anti-ultraviolet fabric demands when content range of bamboo was 3.44%-98.12%
