润滑油的酸/碱值变化对于其性能及安全使用影响巨大,特别是直接影响润滑油的摩擦学性能。目前普遍采用的《石油产品和润滑剂酸值测定(电位滴定法)》(GB/T 7304-2000)和《石油产品碱值测定法(高氯酸电位滴定法)》(SH/T 0251-93)在实验室内采用手动电位滴定时,由于人为或方法的原因造成很多结果不准确。文章根据大量实验分析了影响测量精度的因素,包括电极的使用、温度、润滑油的称样量等,探讨了获得较准确实验结果的方法。

The acid/base number changes of lubricating oil have a great effect on the oil' s performance and safe usage,especially on the tribological properties.Referring to the widespread methods of Determination of Acid Number of Petroleum Products and Lubricants(Potentiometric Titration Method)(GB/T 7304-2000) and Determination of Base Number of Petroleum Products(Perchloric Acid Potentiometric Titration Method)(SH/T 0251-93),the results obtained by the manual titration method were inaccurate because of the manual operation in the laboratory.According to a great number of experiments,the author analyzed the effect factors of measurement accuracy,including the usage of the electrode,temperature,the sample weight of the oil,etc.Meanwhile,the author discussed the method which obtains more accurate experimental results.
