采用酶电极快速测定全血血糖、血乳酸的方法评价不同条件下氟化钠、甘油醛对血糖、血乳酸的保护作用,结果表明作为血糖测定的保护剂甘油醛优于氟化钠,但是甘油醛不能用于血乳酸的保护;氟化钠作为血乳酸的保护剂,应同时采用4℃低温保存,才能达到最佳效果。

We employed enzyme electrode to assess the effect of glyceraldehydes and sodium fluoride on the preservation of glucose and lactic acid in blood specimens. Experimental results show that glyceraldehydes is better than sodium fluoride in the preservation of glucose contents. However, it can not serve as the inhibition regent of lactic acid. The lactic acid remains almost constant as treated with sodium fluoride at 4 ℃
