随着我国高等教育改革的深入发展，宿舍文化作为当前校园文化建设的重要组成部分，在学生全面发展教育中起着举足轻重的作用，已经引起了高校思想政治教育工作者的广泛重视。本文阐述了高校宿舍文化对大学生成长和成才的作用，分析了当前高校宿舍文化建设的现状和问题，提出了新形势下加强高校宿舍文化建设的新思路和新办法。

With the deeper reform in Chinese higher education institutes, the dormitory culture as an important part in the current construction of campus culture is playing the pivotal role in the education of students＇ development in an all-round way. This phenomenon has been paid extensive attention by those engaged in ideological and political work in colleges and universities. This thesis attempts to elaborate the effect of dormitory culture on college students＇ development and their success, and analyze the present situation and problems in the construction of dormitory culture, thus putting forward new thinking and methods to strengthen the cultural construction of college dormitories under the new situation.
