Mter Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone has been promoted to be the national developing strategy, almost all the counties and cities in the economic zone are taking the advantage of the opportunity to promote the local development. Xingzi County is no exception. Respecting the local cultural and plan- ning intention of the western part in Xingzi County, we design a city park with local cultural implication by stressing the local historical elements, taking the local cultural characteristics into full consideration, and integrating the local cultural characteristics in,o the park construction.
