According to the characteristics of ultra fine fiber, spinnability experiment was studied in cotton spinning equipment and the key technical difficulties of carding were solved. The process measures of 7.4 tex fine yarn spinning using 0. 89 D polypropylene staple fiber were introduced. The results showed that the quality of spanned yarn was better and could meet the requirement of mass production.
