淮北矿业集团芦岭矿为高瓦斯突出矿井,采用传统的底板双岩巷穿层钻孔抽采开采区域瓦斯,底板岩巷工程量大,维护困难。为提高生产效率,减少巷道工程量,对Ⅱ84采区进行优化设计。底板双岩巷采用高低巷布置,能够提高打钻效率,减少维护工程量,技术经济效益显著,彻底改变了芦岭固有的巷道布置模式。

As of high gas prominence, the conventional drilling through strata technology is adopted for gas exploitation at the floor dual rock roadway of Lu Ling Coal Mine, Huai Bei Coal Mining Group, leading to massive construction work at the floor rock roadway and difficul- ties in maintenance. To enhance the production efficiency and reduce the roadway construction work, optimization design is carried out for Ⅱ 84 mining zones. The adopted high and low roadway layout for the floor dual rock roadway could contribute to enhanced drilling efficiency, lessened maintenance amount, as well as significant technical and economic benefits and completely changed roadway layout mode intrinsic to Lu Ling Coal Mine.
