以改善非台阶孔车刀加工性能为研究对象,对传统通孔粗车刀几何形状进行了改进。改进后的内孔车刀具有减小切削力、切削温度相对降低、减少切削振动与噪音等特点。

This article researches how to improve non step-hole roughing tool's technical properties. With the changing of the geometry of traditional through-hole roughing tool, the non step-hole turning tool bar's rigidity and the tool bit's strength and radiation condition are improved and thus improves processing efficiency and the turning tool's service life, reduces cost of production.
