随着我国市场经济的发展和分配制度改革的深入,高校教师收入日趋多元化和市场化,校外兼职、讲学、科研、培训、咨询等非工资收入增长迅速,部分教师的非工资收入已远远超过国家工资收入,其不平等程度也高于国家工资收入。从经济、社会、教师职业特点、国家工资制度等方面对引起高校教师非工资收入增长的原因进行剖析。
隨著我國市場經濟的髮展和分配製度改革的深入,高校教師收入日趨多元化和市場化,校外兼職、講學、科研、培訓、咨詢等非工資收入增長迅速,部分教師的非工資收入已遠遠超過國傢工資收入,其不平等程度也高于國傢工資收入。從經濟、社會、教師職業特點、國傢工資製度等方麵對引起高校教師非工資收入增長的原因進行剖析。
수착아국시장경제적발전화분배제도개혁적심입,고교교사수입일추다원화화시장화,교외겸직、강학、과연、배훈、자순등비공자수입증장신속,부분교사적비공자수입이원원초과국가공자수입,기불평등정도야고우국가공자수입。종경제、사회、교사직업특점、국가공자제도등방면대인기고교교사비공자수입증장적원인진행부석。
With the development of market economy and the deepening of reform in distribution system, the income of university staff tends to be more diversified and marketized. Such non-wage incomes for university staff as pay from part- time jobs, lectures, researches, trainings, consultations have also increased rapidly. The non-wage incomes for some staff have largely exceeded their wages, and the degree of inequality resulted from non-wage incomes is also higher than that from the wages. This paper tries to discovery the causes for increase of non-wage incomes in the perspective of economy, society, professional features of staff as well as national salary system.
