为了找到在膜下滴灌条件下水稻栽培杂草防除效果良好、且对水稻低药害的除草剂浓度,本研究采用稻杰作为除草剂并采取6个不同浓度做土壤封闭处理,进行除草剂浓度的可靠安全性筛选。通过对6个处理水稻苗期株高、除草效果和土壤酶活性的调查和测定,结果表明:在新疆石河子垦区土壤和气候生态条件下,稻杰施用浓度在80~100 ml/667 m2范围内,既可以起到有效防治杂草的作用,也对水稻苗期生长和土壤微生物酶的活性无显著负面影响。

The soil seal processing experiment were made and Screen by six different levels of herbicides which named Daojie in order to select the best effect on weed control and low phytotoxicity.Through researching and determining the plant height,herbicidal effect and soil enzyme activities at the seedling stage,the results indicated that the optimal concentrations of daojie were 80-100 ml/667 m2 which had the better effect on weed control and low phytotoxicity.
