目的:探讨参麦注射液联合川芎嚷对盲肠结扎穿孔术(cecalligatignandptmcture.CLP)所致脓毒症小鼠的肾保护作用。方法:给小鼠行盲肠结扎穿孔术复制脓毒症模型,分别用川芎嗪注射液(55mg/kg),参麦注射液(500mg/kg)或参麦注射液(500mg/kg)联合川芎嗪注射液(55mg/kg)进行干预。造模后24h检测肾损伤程度和炎症反应强度,72h统计小鼠存活翠。结果:川芎嗪注射液、参麦注射液以壁参麦注射液联畲川芎嗪可使脓毒症小鼠的存活率提高,血清尿素氮(bloodu Ieanitrogen,BUN)和肌酐(creatinineCr)水平降低,肾损伤减轻;同时使血清白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(tumornecmsisfactor,TNF-α)水平下降,其中以参麦注射液联合川芎嗪的效果最佳。结论:参麦注射液联合川芎嗪较单一给药对脓毒症小鼠具有更好的肾保护作用。

목적:탐토삼맥주사액연합천궁양대맹장결찰천공술(cecalligatignandptmcture.CLP)소치농독증소서적신보호작용。방법:급소서행맹장결찰천공술복제농독증모형,분별용천궁진주사액(55mg/kg),삼맥주사액(500mg/kg)혹삼맥주사액(500mg/kg)연합천궁진주사액(55mg/kg)진행간예。조모후24h검측신손상정도화염증반응강도,72h통계소서존활취。결과:천궁진주사액、삼맥주사액이벽삼맥주사액련여천궁진가사농독증소서적존활솔제고,혈청뇨소담(bloodu Ieanitrogen,BUN)화기항(creatinineCr)수평강저,신손상감경;동시사혈청백개소-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)화종류배사인자(tumornecmsisfactor,TNF-α)수평하강,기중이삼맥주사액연합천궁진적효과최가。결론:삼맥주사액연합천궁진교단일급약대농독증소서구유경호적신보호작용。
Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Slaenmai(SM) injection combined with Ligustrazine on septic renal injury caused by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) in mice. Methods:Mouse model of sepsis was copied by the cecal ligation and puncture, and treated by Ligustrazine injection (55 mg/kg), Shenmai injection (500 mg/kg) or Shenmai injection (500 mg/kg} combined with Ligustrazine injection (55 mg/kg). The degrees of renal injury and inflammatory reaction were determined at 24 h while the survival rate of mice at 72 h after the model was copied. Results: Ligustrazine injection, Shenmai injection and bhenmal InJection combined with Llgustrazlne increased the surwval rates of sepsis mlcece decreased the levels of blood urea mtregen and ereatlnmew reheved the renal injury; and decreased the serum levels of IL - 6 and TNF - α. Mice that got Shenmai injection combined with Ligustrazine had the best treatment outcomes. Conclusion: Compared with the single drug, Shenrnai injection combined with Ligustrazine have the better renal protection effects in sepsis mice.
