研究在不同酶活测定条件下,黑曲霉3-9液体摇瓶培养产柚苷酶的最佳测定条件组合。通过L（934）正交实验表明：在水解温度40℃,一缩二乙二醇（C4H10O3）的加量为5 mL,显色时间5 min的条件组合下酶活力最高,达到了1 068.7 U/mL。

The best measurement condition combination of Aspergillus niger3-9 liquid rocker producing Naringinase under the different conditions of enzyme vigor determination was researched. The orthogonal experiment of L9 （34） indicated that under the combined conditions that with hydrolisis temperature 40 ℃, swing in with 5 mL Diglyeol, colored time for 5 min, the enzyme vizor was the highest for 1 088 U/mL.
