对2011年进行的陈山红心杉杂交试验种子进行室内品质测定,结果表明,不同杂交组合间种子千粒重和发芽率均存在极显著差异。杂交组合种子千粒重和发芽率的变异幅度分别为4.35~7.65 g和26.0%~72.0%,平均值分别为5.93 g和48.6%。初步筛选出千粒重和发芽率两个指标均高于均值的杂交组合12个,分别为组合1、2、8、11、12、14、17、20、23、24、42、45,且组合11、42、45千粒重和发芽率高于陈山红心杉二代种子园种子。筛选出的12个杂交组合种子千粒重和发芽率平均值分别为6.96 g和58.5%。
對2011年進行的陳山紅心杉雜交試驗種子進行室內品質測定,結果錶明,不同雜交組閤間種子韆粒重和髮芽率均存在極顯著差異。雜交組閤種子韆粒重和髮芽率的變異幅度分彆為4.35~7.65 g和26.0%~72.0%,平均值分彆為5.93 g和48.6%。初步篩選齣韆粒重和髮芽率兩箇指標均高于均值的雜交組閤12箇,分彆為組閤1、2、8、11、12、14、17、20、23、24、42、45,且組閤11、42、45韆粒重和髮芽率高于陳山紅心杉二代種子園種子。篩選齣的12箇雜交組閤種子韆粒重和髮芽率平均值分彆為6.96 g和58.5%。

Tested the seed quality of Cunninghamia lanceolata (Chenshan-red-fir) by artificial hybrid pollination in 201 h The results showed that, the thousand seed weight and germination rate during different hybrid combinations were different remarkably. The variation range of thousand seed weight and germination rate were 4.35-7.65 g and 26.0%-72.0% respectively, and the average value were 5.93 g and 48.6% respectively. Twelve combinations including combination 1, 2, 8, 11, 12, 14, 17, 20, 23, 24, 42,45 were selected as the excellent combinations according to whose seed thousand weight and germination rate were all high than the average value. The seed thousand weight and germination rate of combination 11, 42, 45 were all high than the value of second generation seed orchard of C. lanceolata (Chenshan-red-fir). The average value of the thousand seed weight and germination rate that the twelve selected combinations were 6.96 and 58.5% respectively.
