新生入馆教育是每个高校图书馆每学年都要面临的周期性的读者培训工作，其目的在于引导新生学会如何最大限度地利用图书馆的丰富资源，帮助新生尽快熟悉和有效利用图书馆。本文分析目前高校图书馆在新生入馆教育工作中存在的问题。对E—learning教学方式进行了介绍，探讨其在高校实施可能性，提出利用E—learning教育平台进行新生入馆教育的建议。

Freshmen＇s Library Eduction is part of periodic training work at the beginning of each academic year, which aims at helping students be aware of utilizing rich resources of libraries to the utmost extent. This will directly infuence the utilization rate of students at college,and help them better grasp the technique of utilzing their major information. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the field of library education and makes an introduction of E - learning, exploring the possibility of its utilization at college, proposing E - learning as education platform of freshmen＇s library eduction.
