研究了几种有机酸对黑花生衣色素的辅色作用效果,采用60%酸性乙醇作为黑花生衣色素的提取剂,制取黑花生衣色素浓缩液,分别添加不同的有机酸,研究色素溶液吸光度的变化。结果表明0.1%的丙二酸、顺丁烯二酸、乳酸和草酸能增加黑花生衣色素的吸光度。除丁二酸外,在0.1%~0.6%范围内,添加有机酸的浓度与色素的吸光度呈正相关。
研究瞭幾種有機痠對黑花生衣色素的輔色作用效果,採用60%痠性乙醇作為黑花生衣色素的提取劑,製取黑花生衣色素濃縮液,分彆添加不同的有機痠,研究色素溶液吸光度的變化。結果錶明0.1%的丙二痠、順丁烯二痠、乳痠和草痠能增加黑花生衣色素的吸光度。除丁二痠外,在0.1%~0.6%範圍內,添加有機痠的濃度與色素的吸光度呈正相關。
연구료궤충유궤산대흑화생의색소적보색작용효과,채용60%산성을순작위흑화생의색소적제취제,제취흑화생의색소농축액,분별첨가불동적유궤산,연구색소용액흡광도적변화。결과표명0.1%적병이산、순정희이산、유산화초산능증가흑화생의색소적흡광도。제정이산외,재0.1%~0.6%범위내,첨가유궤산적농도여색소적흡광도정정상관。
It was studied that the copigmentation of several kinds of organic acid with black peanut skin pigment(BPSP). It was adopted 60% acid alcohol as black peanuts skin pigment extractant, making the black peanuts skin pigment concentrate. It was studied that changes in the pigment solution absorbance when different organin acids were added. The results indicated that the malonic acid, maleic acid,lactic acid and oxalic acid were able to increase the absorbency of the BPSP solution in the concentration of 0.1%. Besides succinic acid,in the concentration of 0.1% to 0. 6% , other organic acid concentration positively correlated with the absorbency of the BP- SP.
