项目实施以来,天水市市、县两级政府高度重视,积极抢抓这一难得的历史机遇,认真贯彻落实甘肃省关于肉牛产业大县建设的总体安排部署,充分发挥资源优势,整合各类资金,制定并出台了相关优惠扶持政策等措施,初步形成了＂分散搞繁育,园区抓育肥,部门搞服务,协会促流通,企业深加工＂的肉牛产业化发展模式,两县肉牛养殖呈现规模化程度不断提高、结构调整成效显著、生产布局日趋合理、产业化经营体系初步形成、创新养牛生产模式、肉牛品牌创建和培育成绩显著等亮点。
