理工类高校行政管理专业教师思维范式研究是对行政管理专业建设中时代性问题的积极回应。当前,理工类高校行政管理专业教师存在思维范式的困境,主要表征为教学思维同质化倾向、科研思维与能力欠缺以及职业思维定位失范。这一困境的产生与理工类高校的特质不无关联,但其深层原因却根植于现代社会工具理性的盛行与功利主义的泛滥。灵活多变的教学思维、扎实广博的科研思维,以及社会批判的职业思维是突破这一困境的有效对策。

Researching on thinking paradigm of administration professional teacher in science and engineering universities is a positive response to administrative professional construction in modem times. Thinking paradigms of administration professional teachers in science and engineering universities exist dilemma. They are homogeneity of teaching thinking, lack of research thinking and capacity, inaccurate of career thinking posifioning. The generation of dilemma is related to the plight" of science and engineering universities, but its deep basis is rooted in the tool rationality and utilitarianism in modem times. Effective countermeasures to break through this dilemma is flexible teaching thinking, broad scientific thinking and career thinking of social criticism.
