为了满足快速发展的生物医药产业对高端技能型人才的需求,目前,我国众多高职院校中都开设了生物制药专业。根据教育部12号文件等关于高职教育教学改革的精神,结合贵州省制药行业的岗位能力需求、职业素质需求以及省内部分高职院校生物制药专业办学现状,对生物制药专业建设进行了探究,制定了本校生物制药专业人才培养方案。

For meeting the need of talents in high - speed development of the biological medicine industry, many higher vocational colleges have offered the bio pharmaceutical specialty in China. The paper, in the spirit of No. 12 document of the Ministry of Education related to the teaching reform＇ of higher vocational education, studies the bio pharmaceutical specialty construction and suggests a biopharmaceutical talents training program for our college based on the investigation to the ability requirements, professional quality requirements and the biopharmaceutical specialty education situation in our province.
