基于对吉首大学生态学硕士点建设和研究生培养体系构建的实践,提出了"四助—四育—五能推进式"研究生综合素质与能力培养模式,即通过助研、助教、助管、助宣的一系列工作,加强研究生的政治思想教育、专业教育、创新教育和管理教育,以推进研究生五能(能忍、能想、能说、能写、能做)综合素质的发展。这一模式可为我国其他"边山穷"地区生态学及其相关专业硕士点的建设和研究生培养提供参考。
基于對吉首大學生態學碩士點建設和研究生培養體繫構建的實踐,提齣瞭"四助—四育—五能推進式"研究生綜閤素質與能力培養模式,即通過助研、助教、助管、助宣的一繫列工作,加彊研究生的政治思想教育、專業教育、創新教育和管理教育,以推進研究生五能(能忍、能想、能說、能寫、能做)綜閤素質的髮展。這一模式可為我國其他"邊山窮"地區生態學及其相關專業碩士點的建設和研究生培養提供參攷。

Based on the construction of ecological master sites in 'Jishou University, and the practice of constructing system for training graduates, the paper proposes the model of " Four Assistants - Four Educa- tion- Five Pushing" to train graduates'omprehensive quality and ability, which means that through a series of assistant works of researching, teaching, management, and advocating to strengthen graduates" political and ideological education, professional education, innovative education, and management education, in or- der to push the development of graduates'comprehensive quality with five - ability { includes the ability of en- during, thinking, speaking, writing, and practicing ) . The model can provide reference for constructing master sites and training graduates in ecology and related major in other " Rural and Poor" region.
