梅毒可通过性接触水平传播,也可通过胎盘经血液垂直传播。妊娠期梅毒的流行与孕妇文化程度、年龄、职业有关。梅毒发病率不断上升,发达国家地区发病率低于发展中国家,我国东南沿海城市是梅毒发病率较高地区。妊娠期梅毒的治疗要早期进行,用药要足量。
