采用不同来源的甜高粱品种,通过不同时期甜高粱叶片抗氧化物质和主要性状的测定,证明甜高粱抗腐蚀、抗逆性强、适应性广的机理和生理、生化物质含量及代谢特性的原因所在。研究认为:甜高粱不同来源品种在整个生育期间叶片中SOD为前多后少,VC和叶绿素为中多两头少:农艺性状各品种表现不一。其中引26叶片中SOD和VC含量最高,JE003叶片中叶绿素含量最高;含糖量引26最高,生育期JE003最长;生长势引4最快,生育期也最短;所以引26、引4、吉甜杂1号可作能源和饲料用,JE003可为粮草兼用。

In this paper, we made efforts to look into the resistance to corrosion, the anti-adversity, the mechanism of good adaptability, the contents of physiological and biochemical substances and the metabolic properties of various sweet sorghums grown in the north and the south through an examination of the leaf antioxidants and other major properties of sweet sorghums in their different periods of growth. We found that sorghum leaves contained more SOD in their earlier growth than in the later period while the leaf VC and chlorophyll were more in the middle period than in the earlier and the later growth. Different sorghum showed different agronomic traits. Yin No. 26 contains the most SOD and VC and sugar while JE003 has the most chlorophyll in leaves and enjoys the longest growth period. Yin No. 4 grows the best and shares the shortest growth period. Yin No. 26, Yin No. 4 and Jitianza No. 1 can be used as sources of energy and feed while JE003 as source of either grain or feed.
