以一台永磁同步牵引电动机为例,根据其通风结构和传热特点,基于流体力学与传热学的基本原理,建立了电机流-固耦合的1/4物理模型。采用有限体积法对电机内部稳态温度场进行了仿真计算,并结合试验数据,对该电机的通风冷却结构进行了改进。电机温度场仿真结果和温升数值符合设计要求,温升试验数据验证了仿真计算结果的准确性,为该类型电机通风冷却结构的设计和温升计算提供了理论依据。

On the basis of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and heat transfer theory, the one quarter 3D solving model of fluid flow and heat transfer coupled is established, according to ventilation structure and heat transfer characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor (PMSM). The steady temperature field of this PMSM is calculated using finite volume method (FVM), and the ventilation structure of the PMSM is optimized with experimental data. At last, the simulation results of temperature field and the value of temperature- rise of the motor meet the design requirements. The simulation calculation results are verified by the temperature-rise experiment data, which provides a theoretical basis for the ventilation structure design and thermal calculation of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor.
