在中国传统的法治思想中,无论是偏重“德治”的儒家的,还是偏重“法治”的法家的,他们均认为“诚信”是“国之宝”、“民之所庇”;“身正”是治事理政、教化他人的前提;“别善恶”、“理万人”是“法”的初衷。

재중국전통적법치사상중,무론시편중“덕치”적유가적,환시편중“법치”적법가적,타문균인위“성신”시“국지보”、“민지소비”;“신정”시치사리정、교화타인적전제;“별선악”、“리만인”시“법”적초충。
Traditional Chinese thought of the rule of law, whether it is the Confucian emphasis on rule by virtue, or the Legalism emphasis on the rule of law, they are all agreed that "integrity" is "a national treas-ure", "the people of the Bailey", "good conduct" is the premise of rule sensible governance and educate oth-ers, the original intention of "law" is "difference between good and evil" and "manage people".
