建立用自动定氮仪测定稻米中蛋白质的方法。用SKD-600自动定氮仪测定稻米中蛋白质,并与传统凯氏定氮法比较,测定结果基本一致。该法分析速度快,结果准确,操作简便,可用于批量样品中蛋白质的测定。

To institute the way that can determine protein in rice with automatic azotometer.The protein in rice was digested, distilled and determined with SKD-600 azotometer. Compared with traditional Kjeldahl apparatus, the results were the same on the whole. This way has many advantages: the fast speed of analysis, the accurate result and it is easy to operate. It can be used for determining protein in batches of samples.
