高校内部大学生思想政治教育评估是加强大学生思想政治教育实效性的重要保障。文章结合学校多年来全员育人工作考核的实践，提出高校在指标体系构建、评估组织实施过程中要立足将思想政治教育的目标、过程和效果相结合，坚持以评促建、评建结合，做到评估原则清晰、内容完备、权重科学、指标灵活、组织规范、反馈优化及时。

The assessment of college students＇ ideological and political education is the important ensurence enhancing the practicality of college students＇ ideological and political education. To combine with many years college education assessment practice, this paper proposes that the index system structure and the assessment practice process of college students＇ ideological and political education should based on the combination of its goal,process and effect. It is necessary to insist on the guideline to promote the education by the assessment and to integrate the education and the assessment together,which emphasizes the integration of goal, process and effect of college students＇ ideological and political education,to strove for the achievement of clear design principle,complete assessment content, scientific weight structure, flexible index setup, normative organization operation,timely fed back and optimization.
