分析了41个链格孢属(Alternaria)种和2个匍柄霉属(Stemphylium)种的5.8SrD—NA及ITS序列,并构建了系统发育树。对该系统发育树的分析表明,链格孢属种间分类比较混乱;某些种与匍柄霉属个别种的亲缘关系非常接近。链格孢属种间形态差异大的,可以根据序列分析加以区分,而形态差异小的则不能区分。

The 5.8SrDNA and ITS sequences of 41 species of Alternaria and 2 species of Stemphylium are analyzed, and the phylogenetic tree has been made. The analysis results indicated that the taxonomy among species of Alternaria is chaotic, the phylogenetic relationship of some species is very close to Stemphylium. The species those have great morphological differences can be distinguished according to sequence analysis, but sequence analysis can not distinguish the species those have little morlahological differences.
