以莺歌凤梨侧芽为材料进行离体培养,试验结果表明:以次氯酸钠与升汞的交替镤可以使外植体的污染降低至26.7%。在增殖过程中,以丛芽为接种方式明显高于以单芽为柱方式。而6-BA在莺歌凤梨的生根培养中,具有明显的促进作用。
以鶯歌鳳梨側芽為材料進行離體培養,試驗結果錶明:以次氯痠鈉與升汞的交替鏷可以使外植體的汙染降低至26.7%。在增殖過程中,以叢芽為接種方式明顯高于以單芽為柱方式。而6-BA在鶯歌鳳梨的生根培養中,具有明顯的促進作用。
이앵가봉리측아위재료진행리체배양,시험결과표명:이차록산납여승홍적교체박가이사외식체적오염강저지26.7%。재증식과정중,이총아위접충방식명현고우이단아위주방식。이6-BA재앵가봉리적생근배양중,구유명현적촉진작용。
Lateral buds of Vriesea carinata were used as material to make the culture in vitro. The results showed that the contamination rate was reduced to 26.7% when the NaC10 and HgC12 were used alternately. The clustered buds were better than the single bud in the proliferation process. 6-BA has obvious promotion effect on the root culture of Vriesea carinata.
