通过设置钙元素不同的浓度梯度(缺乏、低量和过量),调查养分胁迫对桉树幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明:CK(未浇灌营养液)处理桉树幼苗各生长指标和叶绿素含量均最低,1(完全营养液)处理其值最高,根系状况的变化趋势则相反,分枝数各处理差异不大;培养初期,各指标差异较小,随培养时间的增加,各指标差异逐渐变大;培养前期,桉树幼苗对养分低量胁迫较敏感,培养后期,对养分过量胁迫较敏感。

통과설치개원소불동적농도제도(결핍、저량화과량),조사양분협박대안수유묘생장적영향。시험결과표명:CK(미요관영양액)처리안수유묘각생장지표화협록소함량균최저,1(완전영양액)처리기치최고,근계상황적변화추세칙상반,분지수각처리차이불대;배양초기,각지표차이교소,수배양시간적증가,각지표차이축점변대;배양전기,안수유묘대양분저량협박교민감,배양후기,대양분과량협박교민감。
Different concentration gradients (deficiency, low volume and overdose) of calci- um element were set up to study the influence of nutrient stress on the growth of Eucalyptus seedling. The results indicated that the growth index and the chlorophyll content of Eucalyptus seedlings of CK (clear water) were the lowest, and that of treatment 1 (complete nutrition solu- tion) were the highest, and the changing trend of root status was reverse. The branch number in the two treatments had not significant difference. The measured indexes showed little difference at the beginning of the culture stage, but finally showed bigger difference. In the early stage of cul- ture, Eucalyptus seedlings were more sensitive to low nutrient stress, but later were more sensitive to nutrient excess.
