人民币是国家的名片,也是我国流通的唯一法定货币,其法定性和权威性不容置疑。但是近年来,随着市场经济的繁荣,社会上制贩假币犯罪活动也猖獗起来,如何进一步遏制制假贩假的势头,营造一个稳定的货币流通环境,成为人民银行乃至全社会都必须解决的一个问题。本文分析了现行反假机制存在的主要问题,同时借鉴世界主要货币的反假经验,通过构建新形势下更加简捷有效的反假机制,切实有效的打击假币犯罪。

RMB is not only the business card of the country, but also China＇s only legal tender in circulation, no doubt of its statutory and authority. In recent years, criminal activities of counterfeit money become more and more rampant with the blooming market economy. It＇s a problem to further curb the counterfeiting momentum and create a stable circulating environment. This paper analyzes the main problems of the existing anti-counterfeit mechanism and learns from anti-counterfeit experience of major currency.Then,the paper builds simple and effective anti-counterfeit mechanism, which can effectively strike counterfeit crime.
