This paper first introduces the ways for the on-site monitoring and measuring and statistical regression analysis in the construction of the New Jiuyanshan Tunnel on Baotou-Xining Railway with a view to prove reference to the on-site monitoring and measuring data is helpful for the identification of a scientific, proper excavating way and a timely secondary lining grouting, thus to ensure a smooth railway tunnel construction.
